Branding Package Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Prize Inclusions
The winner of this competition will receive a Branding Package valued at approximately $3,000 AUD, which includes:
One (1) Initial Branding Consultation (up to 60 minutes)
One (1) Primary Logo Design
One (1) Secondary Logo Design
One (1) Branding Guide, including suggested colour scheme and typography
One (1) Social Media Package, including:
Up to 6 Instagram highlight covers
Facebook banner
Up to five (5) editable Canva templates sized for static posts stories
One (1) Wild Card Design (see Section 4 below)
Three (3) Rounds of Revisions following the initial concept presentation
2. Revision Policy
The prize includes a maximum of three (3) revision rounds after the delivery of the initial design concepts.
A fourth (4th) and final revision round may be allowed at the sole discretion of the designer.
Any further revision rounds beyond four (4), or significant alterations outside the original project scope, will be billed at $150 AUD per hour, and will only proceed with prior written approval from the client.
3. Scope of Work
The branding package is limited strictly to the deliverables listed above.
Requests for additional assets (e.g. packaging design, website design, typography guides beyond what's listed, or extra social media templates) will be considered outside the scope and subject to additional fees.
A detailed Scope of Work (SOW) will be agreed upon during the initial consultation. Any deviation from the agreed SOW will be treated as a scope change and billed accordingly.
4. Wild Card Design
The prize includes one (1) Wild Card Design, to be selected by the winner from a list of simple brand collateral options.
Eligible Wild Card options include:
Business card
Letterhead
Menu
Poster
Flyer
Additional three (3) Canva templates
Wild Card designs must not include complex deliverables such as:
Packaging design
Book or publication layouts
Website design or development
E-commerce or multi-page designs
If the winner requests a deliverable outside of the options above, a discussion will be held between the designer and client to determine feasibility, costs, and whether it falls within or beyond the scope of the giveaway. Feasibility is decided by the discretion of the designer.
5. Eligibility
Open to individuals or businesses aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must be available for the initial consultation (conducted virtually or in-person, depending on location).
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services.
6. Winner Obligations
The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified.
The branding process must begin within 30 days of prize acceptance. Failure to initiate the project within this timeframe may result in prize forfeiture.
The winner agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project stays within scope and schedule.
7. Ownership & Usage
Final brand assets will be delivered in standard file formats (e.g. AI, PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or EPS).
Upon full project completion, the winner will be granted full commercial usage rights to the final approved logo and design assets.
Canterbury Creative House retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios, promotional materials, and on social media, with appropriate credit.
8. Disqualification & Forfeiture
Misconduct, abuse, or unreasonable delays by the winner may result in immediate disqualification or termination of the project.
Any false representation or failure to comply with these terms may lead to forfeiture of the prize without refund or compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
The organiser is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, technical issues).
The total value of services provided under the prize shall not exceed $3,000 AUD.
10. Agreement
By entering this competition, all entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
The winner will be required to sign a Project Agreement confirming their understanding of deliverables, scope, timelines, and billing terms before the project begins.
